Mimi Levitt Legacy Program
Honoring a Legacy of Conservation
Friends of Alta co-founder, Mimi Levitt, left an indelible mark on the town that she loved, and her legacy of conservation inspired the creation of the Mimi Levitt Legacy Program.
The Mimi Levitt Legacy Program creates an annual fall fellowship opportunity for a selected individual to gain real world experience in the field of conservation by working alongside the Friends of Alta staff as we carry out our mission to protect and preserve Alta’s unique environment, heritage and character. Each fellowship opportunity will be unique and is open to students or individuals wishing to further their knowledge and experience in the field of conservation.
